What are your hours and pricing for Open Bounce Time?
Monday,Wednesday, and Friday 10am-2pm
Tuesday and Thursday 10am-7pm
$8.00 each child ages 2 and up for unlimited bouncing during bounce times.
Parents are always FREE!
Kids under 2 are FREE with paying child 2 and up, $4.00 without a paying child!!

How can I book a party?

Will there be an attendant to help with the party?
Yes, a party attendant will be there throughout the entire party to make sure everyone is having fun and being safe.

What are the safety rules?
1. Socks are required in the bounce area by all! Even adults!
2. No jewelry including eye glasses, earrings, watches, or hairpins!
3. No belts!
4. Pockets must be empty!
5. No flips on the bouncers!
6. No jumping down slides or climbing up slides, they are for going down only, feet first!
7. No rough play!
8. No face paint, silly string, bubbles or confetti!
9. ABSOLUTELY NO CANDY, FOOD, DRINK, OR GUM IN THE BOUNCING AREA!
10. NO SHOES ARE ALLOWED IN THE BOUNCE AREA BY ANYONE!

Does everyone that bounces need to sign a waiver?    Download a Waiver
Yes, safety is our number one concern. To ensure that rules are followed all bouncers must have a signed waiver prior to playing in the bounce area.

Will I need to pay a deposit?
A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be due at the time of reservation. You may use your deposit on a future party, or open bounce time within a year of the party date.

Can I bring my own food?
Yes, only during open bounce times. The party rooms will be available for brought in snacks and lunches (no cakes), we just ask that you clean up afterwards.
**PIZZA MAY NOT BE DELIVERED OR BROUGHT INTO B&C BounceTown. ALL PIZZA MUST BE ORDERED THROUGH B&C BounceTown!

How far in advance do I need my final head count?
A B&C BounceTown staff member will call and confirm with you the day before. All counts need to be in for pizza orders, party favors, and party size.

What time should we show up for our party?
We ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party. This will give you plenty of time to check in, get settled before your guests arrive, go over the Bounce Area rules, and have fun!

Do you provide plates, napkins, and utensils?
Yes, we provide everything but the food. We also supply invitations for you to mail out for your party! We do not provide dinner plates if you do not choose our pizza & drink option.

What if we forget socks?
Socks MUST be worn by EVERYONE. If you forget your socks we do have socks for adults to borrow. Children's socks are available for $2.00 a pair.

Do you have reserved parties on weekday evenings? Yes, any time after 1:30 p.m. you may reserve a party room and the Bounce Area. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we offer private parties. Tuesday and Thursday we offer Open Bounce Parties at a discount and are not guaranteed to be private.

Do you offer goodie bags?
Yes, for $2.95 per guest. Each guest will receive a B&C BounceTown water bottle, candy, and balloon.
For $1.95 per guest, each guest will receive B&C BounceTown bubbles and balloon.
